TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully before shopping with THEDUMNP.

01. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By accessing thedumnp.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law. You must provide accurate information and use the site lawfully.

02. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

We aim to present products accurately, but colours and fit may vary by screen, style and manufacturer. Please review product-specific sizing information before ordering.

03. PRICING & PAYMENTS

Prices and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes and other applicable amounts are displayed before payment where required. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are governed by the terms applicable when accepted.

04. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance and fulfilment remain subject to availability, payment verification and applicable law. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled.

05. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products and sizes are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you about an appropriate solution, including a refund where required.

06. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Promotions are subject to the eligibility rules and dates disclosed with each offer. Discount stacking and promotional adjustments depend on those rules and checkout functionality.

07. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days. Standard shipping is $6.95 for eligible orders under $50 and free for eligible orders of $50 or more (USD unless otherwise displayed). After dispatch, estimated transit is 7–14 business days for Australia and the US/Canada and 8–15 business days for the UK/Europe. Other destinations and final charges are confirmed at checkout. Transit estimates exclude processing time and are not guaranteed arrival dates. See our Shipping Policy.

08. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Contact service@thedumnp.com promptly to request a change or cancellation. We will try to assist before fulfilment, but changes may not be possible after processing begins. Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

09. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

For eligible voluntary change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, contact us within 30 days after delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law. A restocking fee may apply only if clearly disclosed before purchase and legally permitted. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–7 business days, with additional bank posting time possible. See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

10. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and providing accurate information. Notify us of suspected unauthorised access.

11. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, site text, design, imagery and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store may use third-party payment, delivery and technology providers. Their services may be subject to additional terms and privacy notices.

14. WEBSITE ACCURACY & AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep site information current but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. We may correct genuine errors, subject to applicable consumer law and existing contractual rights.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that cannot reasonably be attributed to our breach or misconduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect processing, delivery or site availability. We will act reasonably and honour any remedies required by law.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page and will not retrospectively remove rights that already apply to accepted orders.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements through which we provide products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

Subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply in your country or region.
